About Aawardz and these terms

Aawardz is operated by Observer Dawn Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., India. Relevant London event administration can involve WCC Management UK Limited. Contact observerdawn@gmail.com for website, event, nomination, attendance, speaker, research and payment enquiries.

These terms explain use of the website and its enquiry process. A particular event booking, accepted nomination, sponsorship or paid research service requires its own written offer or agreement, identifying the contracting organisation, contact address, scope, price, currency, taxes, delivery arrangements and applicable conditions before you commit.

Enquiries and applications by email

The public forms prepare an email draft or downloadable copy. Review the information, attach the completed file where requested and press Send in your own email account. Reviewing or downloading does not submit an application, reserve a place or confirm receipt. Applications and enquiries are handled electronically; a postal application is not required.

Use accurate information and public supporting links, and obtain appropriate permission when nominating someone else or providing information about other people. The organising team may ask for clarification or supporting evidence.

Award review and selection

Nominations are reviewed against the relevant programme and category requirements. The organising team communicates the outcome in writing. A nomination, nomination acceptance, payment, attendance or sponsorship does not by itself guarantee an award. Award recognition is confirmed separately through the event’s selection process.

Programme-specific eligibility, categories, deadlines and package inclusions are described on the relevant event page and in the written acceptance. Use the exact authorised award description in any agreed publicity.

Fees, attendance and payment

No payment is collected by these website forms. Any nomination fee is payable only after written acceptance and payment instructions. Attendance requires a written seat offer and final confirmation under its terms. The written offer must confirm the total amount, currency, applicable tax treatment, deadline and cancellation/refund conditions before payment.

For Dubai, the event date remains to be confirmed and the current attendance form registers interest. An interest request does not confirm a seat. Travel, accommodation, visas, additional guests or third-party services are included only where expressly agreed in writing.

Research, reports and business ratings

Commissioned research is a separate paid service. Scope, deliverables, timing, fee and any cancellation arrangements must be agreed in writing before work starts. A request for a proposal creates no obligation to pay.

Business-rating assessment and the published report catalogue remain labelled Coming Soon. An enquiry does not start an assessment or purchase a report. Any future rating service will require published methodology and service terms; buying research or a detailed report does not guarantee a rating or an award.

Programme information and changes

Upcoming dates, venues, guests and programme arrangements are shown on the relevant pages. Details marked to be confirmed remain provisional. Material changes affecting an accepted booking will be communicated with the available options under the agreed terms and applicable law.

Pages clearly labelled as historical programmes or event archives refer to earlier events. Their dates, prices and registration instructions do not constitute an offer for an upcoming programme.

Content, privacy and responsible use

Published photographs, magazines, text and other material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may read and share links to public pages; reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law. External websites and services have their own terms.

Use the site responsibly and do not attempt to access private records, impersonate another applicant or interfere with the service. Personal information is handled as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Questions and applicable rights

Email observerdawn@gmail.com with your event, name and relevant correspondence so the team can address a concern. The written agreement for a paid service should state any applicable governing-law or dispute arrangements before acceptance.

Nothing in these website terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. A later website update does not, by itself, change an existing confirmed agreement.
