Fees & How Your Seat Is Confirmed
Delegate Administration & Hospitality Fee
£300 per person
The fee covers delegate administration, event coordination and gala dinner hospitality.
Attendance requires organiser approval and written confirmation. Travel, accommodation, visas and sightseeing are separate. Award nominations and selection are independent of attendance.
The Presidential Awards and Summit
AED 1,000 per person
This seat fee is separate from the AED 10,000 nomination fee. Dubai’s event date is to be confirmed; a request registers interest and does not reserve a seat.
Before payment, the organiser will confirm seat availability, total payable amount, applicable taxes, payment deadline and cancellation or refund terms in writing.
How Your Seat Is Confirmed
- RequestSend your details. A London request is not a booking; a Dubai request registers interest while the date is unconfirmed.
- ReviewThe organising team reviews availability and requirements, then sends any seat offer in writing.
- Payment detailsThe written offer states the per-person fee, total, applicable taxes, payment deadline and cancellation/refund terms.
- PaymentPay only after you receive and accept the written offer and payment instructions.
- ConfirmationAfter payment is verified, the team sends written booking confirmation and a reference. Seat or table numbers follow separately.
Important: Seat requests, Dubai interest registrations, nominations and nomination-fee payments do not confirm attendance. Attendance fees are separate from award assessment; paying for a seat does not influence jury decisions. Do not pay until you receive the event-specific terms in writing.

Is my seat confirmed when I send a request?
No. The organising team must approve your request. A seat is confirmed only after the organiser sends a written offer, payment is verified and required formalities are completed.
When do I receive my seat number?
Your seat or table number is allocated only after final confirmation and will be communicated separately.
Does attendance include an award or a speaking opportunity?
No. Award nominations, selection, speaking opportunities and dedicated media coverage are separate arrangements.
What if I miss the payment deadline?
A provisional offer may lapse if payment is not received by its stated deadline. Contact the organising team; any new request will depend on remaining availability.
What is the Dubai seat fee?
The listed Dubai seat fee is AED 1,000 per person and is separate from the AED 10,000 nomination fee. Dubai’s date is to be confirmed, and a request currently registers interest only. The organiser will confirm availability, taxes and payment/cancellation terms in writing before payment.
Can I request places for colleagues or guests?
Yes. Include the total number of guests in your request. Each person is subject to organiser confirmation and applicable venue requirements.
How do I check payment, tax and cancellation details?
The organising team will share the total payable amount, applicable tax treatment, payment instructions and post-payment cancellation terms before you pay. Do not pay until you have received these details and your approval notice.
