Option 1, INR 3.5 Lakhs (Three Lakh and Fifty Thousand only); Award and coveted trophy with Invitation and Sponsorship letter for visa, networking and gala dinner.

1. Permission to use the Award Certificate, Award Logo and Event Pictures in advertising, promotional campaigns, official websites, and stationery, including letterheads and brochures, among other things, as per the official Limited Copyright License Rules and Regulations.
2. Permission to use the Event pictures and Videos on official and third-party websites like YouTube, Facebook and more as per conditions apply.
3. Opportunity for the official representative or the chief executive of the winning organisation to receive the Award certificate and Trophy from the celebrity Chief Guest in front of the media and other
4. Observer Dawn’s official photography and videography teams would take pictures and videos of the organisation’s officials accepting the Award and Trophy on stage.

Option 2: INR 6.5 Lakhs (Six Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) – Award and coveted trophy with an invitation and sponsorship letter for a visa, networking, and gala dinner.

1. All the benefits are mentioned in Option 1.
2. The upcoming issue of Observer Dawn Magazine will feature a one-page editorial story about the brand or awardee.
3. Accommodation for one person for 4 days and 3 nights in London will be provided with star facilities, and air tickets will be in economy class.

Option 3, INR 10,00,000  (Ten Lakhs Only); Inclusive of two delegates’ airfare, participation, award certificate, coveted trophy, invitation with sponsorship letter for visa, post-event media, promotion, networking and gala dinner.

1. All benefits of Options 1 and 2
2. The announcement by the Emcee with a brief profile of the organisation during the event.
3. The event will be covered with awards photographs in leading newspapers and news channels.
4. Post-event coverage in Observer Dawn magazine with a picture on the cover page as an Inspiring Leader of the year
5. Customise ten complimentary copies of Observer Dawn with Awardee photographs on the cover page and inside two-page coverage.
6. They have provided two-person stays for 4 days and 3 nights. All accommodations are equipped with star facilities and Air-Tickets will be in economic class.

Option 4, INR 20,00,000 ( Twenty Lakhs Only); Inclusive of two delegates’ airfare, participation, award certificate, coveted trophy, invitation with Sponsorship letter for visa, 15-minute interview in news Channel with biography along with corporate profiling in the event, speaker opportunity and more.

2. Organisation MD will be welcome on the dais as a speaker along with Chief Guest.
3. A cover story in Observer Dawn magazine with photographs on the cover page.
4. Two-person stays for seven days and six nights; two nights in London, two nights in Edinburg and two nights in Glasgow City. All accommodations are provided with five stars facilities and air tickets will be in Business class.

Option 5, INR 40,00,000 (Forty Lakhs only); Inclusive of four delegates’ airfare, participation, media coverage, half an hour TV News Channel Interview with biography along with Project display, corporate profiling in the event, and sitting opportunity on stage with the chief guest as a special guest and more.

2. The logo mentioned as presented by.
3. Organisation MD will welcome on the stage with the chief guest as a special guest.
4. A cover story in Observer Dawn (8 to 10 Pages) with photographs on the cover page.
5. Interview in the national and International news channels.
6. Four people stay for seven days and six nights: two nights in London, two nights in Edinburg and two nights in Glasgow City. All accommodations are provided with five stars facilities and air tickets will be in business class with all meals.

Terms of Engagement & Cost Proposal

1. The participating organisation will get into an individual MoU with Observer Dawn. and its WCC Management UK Limited.
2. Taxes and other Govt. Fees/Levies shall be extra.
3. The participating organisation shall provide all materials related to marketing and branding.
4. All other appeals may be entertained on request.

International Awards (IA) Awards Categories

International Awards will be given to companies/organisations/individuals (may be for-profit or non-profit, public or private, large or small)

Nomination Fee: INR200000 (Two Lakh Only) or £ 2000 (Two Thousand Pounds Only)
